About Reservations:
Lewis and Clark's reservations are based on "Priority Seating", which, unlike a reservation where a particular table is saved for your party at a specific time, the reservation guarantees your party the next available table. It is recommended that you check in about 15 minutes before your reserved time. For large groups, we will generally have the area ready and waiting at the designated time, but occasionally, especially during peak seasons, prior tables may take longer than expected to finish. In these cases, we appreciate your patience, and will have the area available as soon as possible.
Depending on the size of your party, we generally allow from one to two and one-half hours for reservations. When making your reservation, please let us know if you think your party will be needing more time.
We will hold your table(s) for 20 minutes past your reservation time. If we are not contacted by you, or are unable to contact you, we may then have to seat waiting guests at the tables.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, reservations for large groups (16 or more) must be booked for 5:00 p.m. and earlier or after 8:00 p.m.
No large party (more than 8 persons) reservations will be taken during festival dates (see "Events" calendar).
Reservations are for sit-down dining only. If you are interested in an appetizer/cocktail party, an off-peak hours reservation may be possible. Please contact the restaurant directly to see if special arrangements can be made.
We do not have "Package" pricing or buffet dining. Pricing is per item, as shown on the restaurant menu. All menu prices shown are before tax and gratuity. When choosing a menu for your event, you may choose the entire menu, or you may limit the menu to as few or as many items as you wish. Menu choices need to be submitted at least one week prior to event. Please contact the restaurant for help or suggestions on limited menus.
We are able and happy to provide separate checks for any size group. As a convenience to you, gratuity may be added.
We have a full-service bar available. You may choose to have an "Open" bar, a cash bar, or any combination of drinks available to your guests (ie: Beer and wine only).
Ask for current non-alcoholic beverage pricing. Fountain drinks, coffee, and iced tea all include free refills.
Table cloths (white only) are available at an extra charge. Ask for current pricing when making reservation.
Flowers, cakes, and decorations may be delivered or brought for any reservation. If extra time is needed for decorating, please adjust reservation start time to reflect this, and inform the restaurant when making the reservation. Please, no glitter, and balloons must be firmly secured to avoid damage to ceiling fans.
